Young Professionals Board
The Marcy's Project Young Professional Board is an advisory and engagement group that empowers emerging leaders ages 21–40 to make a meaningful impact in our community. Operating under the guidance of the Marcy's Project Board of Directors, members support the organization's mission through service, fundraising, advocacy, and leadership development.
Guided by Marcy's Project's core values of Stability, Dignity, and Community, the Young Professional Board works alongside the organization's four pillar programs: Marcy's Market, Marcy's Milestone, Marcy's Meals, and Marcy's Kids, to help strengthen families, expand community outreach, and inspire the next generation of philanthropic leaders.
Katey Clark is President and a Founding Member of Marcy's Project's Young Professionals Board. Since the organization's earliest days, she has helped support its growth into a nonprofit dedicated to providing essential resources to families across St. Charles County with dignity.
Professionally, Katey works in brand management and operations, where she combines strategy, creativity, and relationship-building to help organizations grow. She is passionate about serving others, strengthening her community, and empowering the next generation of leaders through service and advocacy.
Outside of work, Katey enjoys fitness, baking, exploring local coffee shops, growing in her faith, and spending time with family and friends.
Kate Wilhelms is the Director of Marketing & Operations for Gateway Realty Group, she oversees the team's marketing strategy, brand development, and business operations while helping create an exceptional experience for clients and agents. She is passionate about community engagement and enjoys leading charitable initiatives, building partnerships, and creating opportunities to make a positive local impact.
As Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Board, Kate is committed to supporting the next generation of leaders through collaboration, professional development, and community service. As a lifelong St. Charles County resident, she is proud to give back to the community she calls home alongside her husband and twin boys.
Hannah Raines is a Competitive Employment Advisor at BCI, where she supports individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful, competitive employment within their communities. She is passionate about helping others discover their strengths, achieve their goals, and build greater independence through employment.
A proud Francis Howell graduate, Hannah is deeply rooted in her community. In 2018, she founded her own nonprofit organization, reflecting her commitment to serving others and creating positive change. She is always looking for opportunities to grow as a leader and make a lasting impact through community involvement and advocacy.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys finding new adventures, creating something new, and spending quality time with her family. Her creativity, compassion, and dedication to helping others inspire both her professional and personal life."
